Silvia Valletti
A chemical engineer, she began her career designing industrial plants and managing construction site activities.
She then became involved in business development, from the design of corporate and marketing strategies to the identification of new emerging opportunities in Italy and on international markets.
She has held management responsibilities with multinationals in the engineering & construction, energy and industrial consulting sectors in the areas of strategies, marketing, business planning & control and risk management.
In EuMethis, where she is a founding partner and CEO, she handles strategic, process and business consultancy.
Giuseppe Rangone
A Bocconi University graduate and keen scholar of human dynamics, he has based his professional career on the aim to integrate two aspects: the needs for effective and efficient organisation and the human and professional enhancement of people and teams.
He has worked in international companies, where he sought to connect business needs with organisational development and training solutions.
Subsequent lengthy activity in important national and international consulting firms led him to become deeply involved with change and people management.
A partner in EuMethis, he deals with business development projects and the related behavioural, managerial and commercial skills.
Francesco Simoni
A graduate in organisational psychology, he has worked in consultancy for over twenty years, where he has been involved in the design and creation of training projects for some of the main Italian companies in various sectors, including the auto industry, banking, insurance, telecommunications and luxury goods.
Over time, he has combined his professional activity with a research course at the ARIELE school of psychosocial analysis in Milan. This significant personal research experience has taught him to value the importance of learning reflexive, planning and systemic-oriented metaskills in organisational development and in role and workgroup consultancy.
A founding partner of EuMethis, he deals with change and development projects for people and groups.
